One of the missions of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University is to provide in an international standard education. Besides being parts in undergraduate medical education, residency training in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and fellowship programs in Rhinology, Neurotology, and Head and Neck Surgery; we have consistently organized conferences and workshops to keep an up-to-date knowledge and skills among the trainees and specialists in the field of ENT, and most subspecialties.

In collaboration with the Department of Anatomy, our department has held workshops in the field of rhinology & skull-base, ear & temporal bone, as well as the head and neck surgery, with hands-on in fresh-frozen cadavers. This has enhanced an opportunity for the trainees in our programs as well as participants from the workshops to gain their knowledge and realistic experience in surgical techniques. We are so proud to be parts of the medical community to develop specialists in the field to serve communities in this region.
